Giovanni is an international businessman and successful entrepreneur who pioneered a phenolic foam pre-insulated ducting system that is marketed worldwide today. Giovanni has a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington (U of W), where he developed the first innovative prototype of solar energy for his Master's thesis. This mockup is still proudly displayed on the roof of the mechanical engineering building at the U of W 60 years later!

Giovanni has had incredible experiences throughout the Middle East, United States, Africa and Europe starting with WWII in concentration camps for four years witnessing the war between Palestinians and Jews which started in 1947. This was a civil war of multi-confessional states of religion and, as a result, he has participated in several dozen peaceful demonstrations for freedom, rights of man and the judicial system. He has six brothers and one sister and the main conversation in his childhood home was always world politics and business matters.

Giovanni has worked and lived in several continents including United States, Middle East, Africa and Europe and speaks four languages fluently - English, Italian, French, Arabic. He has met several prominent dignitaries through his work including Haile Selassie, former Emperor of Ethiopia, and President Idi Amin of Uganda, and several ministers from Iraq. His successful professional career started at Boeing and then Carrier Air Conditioning, before embarking on his entrepreneurial path. He ultimately marketed and developed a highly successful company named Pal International which offers the most advanced pre-insulated ductwork used worldwide, and is the only such ducting product that has achieved the UL-181 listing. He is renowned worldwide as the godfather of this product revolution. Giovanni currently resides in Monza, Italy which is where he had based the offices and warehouse for Pal International.
